Answer» I can only change the COLOR from the pre-sets. I just CHECKED %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\ and it SHOWS the theme I set, but the theme doesn't show up on my desktop. If I delete the theme and set a new one, the new one doesn't show up, either. Anyone know the prob? Thanks, ZacGo to your main Desktop where it shows your SCREEN Right click Choose personalize On the bottom go to Desktop background Click Picture position And choose diffrent positions. Your picture SETTINGS are possibly not working right. I have just Explained where to get to them Also.. BE SURE TO HAVE THE PICTURE CHECK MARKED OR IT WILL NOT DISPLAY ON YOUR SCREEN.
