Solve : window 7 bluescreen error?

Hi, In my office pc windows crash error I am facing a lot. earlier it was happening 2-3 times in a day but since yesterday it's happening after each 15 MIN.
Before restart my system showing blue SCREEN error...
Kindly do the needful...

unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - SELECT All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected ITEMS, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next replyThanks... I will keep in mind in future but now I have changed my PC...
