Close IE.
Go START>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and CLICK on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same problem?YES, I have the same problem after doing that.In IE, go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on "Reset" button.
Restart computer.I tried that as well and its still doing it.
