While I am SURFING when the cursor touches a BANNER (especially glittering) in some sites (Eg: banner in http://forum.iranjava.net), that window freezes and a small pop-up comes.

If any tab at the bottom of Pop-up is clicked, all windows (which are opened at that time) are closed.
Please suggest a remedy? Update your FLASH from http://www.adobe.com.
