Solve : window NT?

Answer» DEAR sir,

                     At window NT, after the initial booting and the window opened up, I would like to
             iniiate a PASSWORD to PREVENT any unauthorised person to view any files with the "START"
             button right clicked.( The files under "explore" tab.) Now any person can open the "explore" MENU and open/edit any file, which I want to prevent.

                          Kindly help me to apply "password protection" in any way to block the entry.
