Answer» Is there anywhere i could get a new Window's CD if all i have is the Product key? My friend's DELL just crapped out, and i installed a new HDD and case fan, and i asked him for the WINDOWS DISK and he sprang it on me that he didn't have one. the product key is, of course, on the side of the computer though, so i was wondering if there was anything i could do to help him out. - Dell Dimension 4600 Thanks guys, DoomsayerIf he is the original owner, Dell may supply him with a disk or a restore disk.
