Solve : Window vista home premium 32 bit os tried to download sp1 and now can't restart? |

Answer» Have always had problems with vista. Defender would not turn on and after researching I needed sp1. After TURNING off security essentials as instructed I started downloading sp1. Before it finished I got a locked s reenact with !!0xc0190036!! 4936/93298 (celaya.sll.mui). Just stayed lo les on a deem. Tried to reboot every possible way, safe mode repair with disk ran E writhing I know to do except reinstall and loose my files. Any ideas how I can keep my files and pics?
