Solve : Window vista problem?? |

Answer» I have a new HP laptop that operates on windows vista. Explorer might be the problem but everytime i try to close a window it freezes up and ends up closeing all my windows that are open. Even on this forum where i READ a page and open all topics of interest in a new window, I can only read the FIRST one cause when i go to close it, "explorer has encountered a problem and must close"! Which closes all windows open. Any one out there that can help. I can get more INFO if needed but i dont know where to look for like model number or such.
