my computer once it is turned on it goes into telling me to select a mode...I select the safe mode and it goes into the WINDOWS but it stops and goes back and forth....it doesn't let me do a system recovery.....what can I do? Please help...I don't want to take it to a SHOP...that will be my last step....I have been TOLD it will cost me 200 to put a new hard drive the windows back in.1. Go to your hard drive manufacturer web site, and download free diagnostic program.
2. TEST your RAM: http://www.memtest86.com/i had this exact problem - and in the end i needed a new harddrive...
