Was this a "clean" install of a new operating system; "update" to earlier version of same operating system (e.g. Windows XP); or "upgrade" from older operating system (e.g. Windows 9x/ME)? If you have a sytem restore disk I would use that to go back before the updates an then try installing sp 2 again. I would scan for maleware an stuff too. |
