Solve : Window xp with error messages sata disk?

My windows XP starts in safe mode, then goes to the windows xp screen with the blue bar going back and forth. I did a diagnostic check on it, and it says error code 0f00: 1A44 sata disk s/n 5mr503sd- verify test, Msg BLOCK 3946613 uncorrectable data error or media is write protected. 6601948, 6601949, 6601950. Next MESSAGE is:
error code 0f00:0244, sata disk -read test s/n 5mr5035d, msg block 3946613: uncorrectable data error or media is write protected. 6601948, 6601949, 6601950
How do I fix this so I can use my computer again.  Please HELP me Quote

Using what?Boot to Safemode and re-inatall your MBoad chipset drivers..
Re-boot and report back...
