1.	Solve : Windows 2000 pro hangs?
Answer» While trying to repair windows 2000,(STOPPED recognizing modem) it went into upgrade. Now is "HUNG" in setup and I can't cancel. When I restart, goes back to set up. Tried in SAFE mode...goes back to setup. How in the world do I get out of it and just get back to the normal start menu? Thanks in advance. Andy Sounds like a damage driver problem......remove the modem......and re-install system..If it is asking you for your 25 digit license number, you have a serious trojan/virus ISSUE. I am not sure what you did, but a full format and reinstall will fix it. Do you have a legal copy of Windows 2000?
