Solve : Windows 32 is corrupt missing start up data-no boot disk?

1.	Solve : Windows 32 is corrupt missing start up data-no boot disk?
Answer» Windows Vista32 bit got corrupted on the sector that does the boot up. There is no factory Boot disk. I tried ONE of the "fix All" disk that you can buy, to no avail. After it has fixed the PROBLEM I still get the start up software is corrupt. Please HIT 'R" on the repair disk to repair the missing software Is there anywhere I can get a Vista repair disk that will work with my COA? It is a DELL T3400 dual drive work computer. Thanks for any help.It can be ordered direct from Dell for a nominal shipping charge.
