This happens frequent 4 times or 5 times a week
I use my desktop WINDOWS 7 64 bit (OS 3 years old) mostly for browsing, and I use Firefox mainly for browsing what happens Firefox crashes and then a message pops up as below :

And then blue screen of death with error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Sometime even not browsing if I open a pdf document also that crashes the system and the same blue screen of death with error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL pops up
Any TROUBLESHOOT should I do to fix the issue ?

when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)? If you have not made any major changes, then I suggest you run diagnostics on your ram & hd as a starting point. Also please run a full system scan with your av just to rule out malware.
To check the ram, download MEMTEST (http://memtest.org/). Burn it to a cd using a dedicated .iso burning utility (http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm), make sure the cd drive is at the top of the boot order in bios, then boot to the newly created cd and run the utility.
Also, please open device manager. Are there any yellow or red symbols?Thanks will do that and see how it goesNot sure why but I read on the internet that Malwarebytes can possibly cause BSOD. I completely deleted Malwarebytes from my computer and no more BSOD. Gotta love technology sometimes LOL.That's total Bunk...don't believe everything you read...I agree with you. But it worked for me; I don't understand why. That's why I posted like I did.Regardless it is irresponsible to post bunk about a well known product that is untrue...just sayin.
