Answer» I'm trying to CONNECT a W7 Pro to my office intranet (server is Small Business Server 2000) using a wired connection. Most of the other NETWORKED computers are running XP Home, and I've got one W7 Home Premium that connected to the Workgroup (not a Domain) without any fuss. However, I'm replicating the steps I did for Home Prem but there SEEMS to be 2 visible problems: 1) It says it is connected to an "Unidentified Network", which is fine. However, the Network window is empty. 2) I should have been PROMPTED for a Username/Password at some point, because that is necessary to access the network. Never happened. Any ideas on how to 'force' W7 Pro to prompt for the User/PW? Thanks in advance.No one can help? I think I'm just missing something minor but for the life of me I don't know what~
