Solve : Windows 7 Freezes on Start Up?

1.	Solve : Windows 7 Freezes on Start Up?
Answer» I start up the computer and it gives me two options repair and normal boot. I've TRIED both, both of them freeze once it says "Starting Windows" all I see is like two different colored balls and then it freezes there. I've also tried BOOTING from the Windows 7 cd but once again it freezes at "Starting Windows". Please help thank you so MUCH! Update I am able to boot on to linux from a usb DRIVE Please helpTest the Hard drive.
