Answer» Hello everyone,
I installed windows 7 home premium 64-bit. I installed the video driver, and all the motherboard drivers, then did all windows updates. I tried downloading chrome then the computer froze...ok?? turn off from the back, turn it back on. Try to download other windows updates as it is installing half way it freezes... again turn off. Install 3dmark 2011, runs fine. Do other things, then try to download another program and install then it freezes again!. Download BIOS update and install, everything runs fine for about 1.5 HOURS then try to download itunes... it happens again. I look up the even log: http://i.imgur.com/IyVwx.png http://i.imgur.com/yU8M5.png http://i.imgur.com/DMGv3.png so I get these errros, and I decide to reinstall windows from scratch again. Do everything as before and same thing happens. I google the ERRORS, and I come up with some microsoft mrfixit program or something that would help with this issue, did it and the problem persisted. Then I installed windows pro 68bit, and the problem still persist. PLEASE help, I already did bios update, installed different drivers for graphics, multiple reformats, ran Western digital lifeguard diagnostics and came back normal, did MS updates, MS fix for it, ran 3dmark 11 several times succesfully, and now running memtest. I dont know what else to do! [/list]To be more specific this is the Microsoft fix i used http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-US;2545227Are you sure something is not overheating?Quote from: Computer_Commando on October 13, 2012, 05:37:37 PM Are you sure something is not overheating? I'm using HWMonitor by CPUID and case temp is 33C and 45C idle, I havent checked while on load. But I ran 3dMark 11 5 times in a row and if it was a temp issue something would have happen. Also it always freezes when Im downloading or installing something. I did WD lifeguard hdd diagnostics, it ran for 3 hours and it came back fine. I also did the error checking from windows looking for bad sectors everything came back normal.MEMtest has been running for 10 hours with no errors... so no one here can help me?Quote from: andresfd89 on October 13, 2012, 02:53:04 PM
You have keys for both? Burned or pressed disk? Same disk or different disks? Quote from: Salmon Trout on October 14, 2012, 02:32:49 AM You have keys for both? WIndows 7 Home - New Key, pressed disk. windows 7 pro - old key, burned disk. Disk CONTROLLER on motherboard, maybe, or some other hardware issue. |
