Answer» I accidentally installed too many virus to uninstall manually, and antivirus don't work (I've ran hitmanpro, avast, malwarebytes after running rkill - the most that got picked up was a couple chrome cookies). Now I regret it and I'm trying to factory RESET my PC, but have had no success, I have no factory image, no factory reset option, and I have lost the installation disc.

An number of sties claim yu can download Windows 7 ISO . But you really should only get it from MICROSOFT for free. Here is the catch. Yu have to have a valid product key.

If your computer came with Windows 7 from the ORIGINAL MAKER, yu shod contact them for a legal copy of Windows 7. Expect to pay a fee.
That Dell has a factory restore partition...Instructions for runnin it are at the Dell site...
