Answer» Hi hello ... ONE of my client bought a new dell laptop with win7 OS. After a month he transfer the data from pen drive to his laptop. From that day onwards we found virus called "Recyclers" & "Trojan". I tried to REMOVE the virus through anti-virus called Trend-micro (office scan) and AVIRA & removed lot of virus from Laptop. But after removal of virus it is showing that Win7 is not Genuine. What should i do for this, should i REINSTALL the OS again. Please help me out from this issue.
