Answer» I have an acer aspire 4739-6483 While shutting down, there was a windows UPDATE. I THINK the progress was 5 out of 26 but then I accidentally pulled the power PLUG and when I turned on my laptop, it said that checking the hard drive was recommended so i entered. it checked the hard drive and attemped repairs. after the long wait, the start screen showed up and after the start screen (the misrosoft logo) the screen just WENT black and the mouse cursor was visible and nothing else. It's just stuck there. I tried to wait but nothing REALLY happened. Is there anything I could do to fix it? What's the problem with my laptop?
