Thanks in advance. My son has an INSPIRON mini-10v with Windows 7 starter installed. There are 2 accounts set up. Unfortunately, both are as standard users. I'm trying to make some changes, but I get a user account box saying"Type administrator password and click'Yes' ". We have tried EVERY password we KNOW, to no avail. Since it's fairly new, I was just going to do a re-install.
