Answer» Hello everyone, I was just WONDERING if it is at all possible to use the windows 7 upgrade disk that i ordered in the mail to install a FRESH windows 7 instead of upgrading. I am currently using windows vista 64 bit on an HP laptop. I dont want all my files saved i just want a fresh start! thanks! I started using your directions and used a custom setup and put it on my hard drive when i installed....When i got to the part about NOT putting my product key in it wouldnt me continue even after entering the SERIAL number. So i put my product key in anyway and than i proceeded... It put something on my partition. I started windows normally and it seems like everything was deleted anyway O_o. I installed my drivers and its all good. Hrm thanks? hahaha =PI don't think everything was deleted. A new user profile was created.
