Answer» Hey there Have a pc with xp installed. ORIGINALLY had windows 98SE and person who had it before me installed winows xp on it. twas a gift from my s.i.l. and it cannot get past the windows activation screen now. ran great for 4 months with the monitor and agp went. didn't run it for 7 months. it trys to PHONE home but does not get past activation screen. safe mode is a waste. cannot even install any OS previous to SP2. before i blow it up and send it to Mr Bill i COULD use some help.
