I have selected safe mode STILL no luck. do i have to format my pc Why don't you DESCRIBE your problem - in detail - here in this thread. What led up to the issue, what happens now, etc. The idea is for you to make it easy for us to help you. Asking us to click on a link and view a video isn't as helpful as having you take the time to describe everything in detail.
