Answer» Windows cannot stsrt because - system 32\drivers\pci.sys is missing" this is the message i am getting when i start the COMPUTER up. i was having problems with my computer RECENTLY (lots of horizontal lines on the screen) and i upgraded my graphics CARD. since then i am getting the above message which also includes 'reboot from recovery disc', this is my next problem, as i have moved several times in the past few years and have lost the disc. is there any sites i can download a disc from, or can i go to a retailer and BUY a disc, or is there some other way of RUNNING the computer? i have done a search on the site, but there was no definate answers, thanks in advance for any help.anyone?Try herethanks very much, ill try that when i get home.No problem.
