I USE Windows 7 Home Premium

I want to download windows defender, but when i go to the site, I don't know where to start. There are so many DIFFERENT things there. Help, please ? Thanks !Windows Defender should be INCLUDED with W7. But more important, it is a complete WASTE of resources. I strongly SUGGEST you do not use Defender.
