Okay so my lap top accidently shut while i was running the check DISK update thing and it wouldnt unlock so i had to shut it off.
now when i turn it on this comes up:

Normally.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked) Start Windows Normally

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice.

i have tried all the options but then this blue SCREEN comes up telling me to restart my computer and then run check disk but i can only see the "Windows did not start successfully" screen and this blue one

help!!!also. i dont have the original windows cd either on the blue screen it says

DLoad the Recovery Console .ISO and use an .iso burning app to create a bootable CD.

Set the BIOS boot priority to CD 1st and boot to the Recovery Console.
Re-boot and this will load a command console...

At the prompt type in chkdsk /R and hit Enter...
Let it run to completion.
Re-boot
