Recently i have tried a number of file managers for windows in order to find out something better.Although there are vastly superior file managers (Xplorer2,Directory Opus,FreeCommander,TOTAL Commander,Explorer ++) compared to windows explorer i have long GET USED to it and it's hard to learn anything new.
That's why i am currently searching for a plugin for windows explorer (windows XP) which i can configure to make a list of favourite directories.
Take for example Explorer ++ :
I find the feature of having a configurable list of my hdd's and any other directories GREAT!
Also i would like to ask if anyone knows any plugin to add tabbed interface to windows explorer.And if it's not a trouble please share any useful plugins/shells you like!
Thanks in advance As far as tabbed interface for windows explorer is related i have found QTTabBar.Although it's not perfect it is very user friendly!
