error comes LIKE this ' windows failed to start '
Now sony customer CARE gave 2 option.
I online recovery . & 2nd recovery using recovery disk..
Now option 1 online recovery is not working ..
option 2 ..i dont have disk...
...
few years back when i had done online system recovery . My data in D and E drive was not lost...
Now is there any chances to loss data in D and E drive if get recovery disk EITHER from friend or at sony service center..

Pls help In any event, you should absolutely backup all data you want to preserve on EXTERNAL media (DVD or CD, flash drive, external hard drive, or cloud storage).
Regarding recovery, do you have a recovery partition on your computer? If not, then you should obtain a recovery disk from Sony, not your friend.
