Whenver I click on the help and support tab on my laptop (Windows Vista Home edition) I get the reply:
Internet Explorer cannot download/ from help
The requested site is either UNAVAILABLE or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Any SOLUTIONS?

Peter Are you online when you try to access 'help'?

Alan <>< It's TRYING to access the Internet and can't. Do you have an Internet connection? If you are on dial up are you connected?I am online and have a very good connection to the internet. I have had this issue SINCE the day I got this computer back in April. I guess I'll have to get support from Dell, after an hours wait.
