Alan <>< It's TRYING to access the Internet and can't. Do you have an Internet connection? If you are on dial up are you connected?I am online and have a very good connection to the internet. I have had this issue SINCE the day I got this computer back in April. I guess I'll have to get support from Dell, after an hours wait.
