Answer» windows INSTALLER keeps on activating but i dont know what its downloading... please help what do you mean ? can't you wait till its finishing downloading ?i mean its just activating when im OPENING new window or program.. it just keep activating and i dont know whats its INSTALLING..check TASK manager ?I had the same problem some time ago. Do a search for window installer (KB893803), download it and follow the instructions carefully.
