Answer» Is there a free program that can check if my windows XP is free of bad/corrupt files? I have xp, 3g ram, Pentium D 2.79gz, ...so my MACHINE is fine technically, but seems when I open most THINGS in My Documents explorer crashes and has to restart. I have had SIMILAR problems and have had good luck with Defrag and chkdsk.Open Run and type SFC /scannow and hit enter. |
