Solve : Windows keeps restarting and can't recover?

Answer»

Hello,
I have an HP Media Center m7067c Desktop PC running XP. Every time i turn it on after the windows loading screen it restarts and keeps doing it over and over again. I have tried to do it in Safe Mode, Last Known Good Configuration and Start computer normally.
When i try safe mode, same thing.
I tried the "ole" F10 and tried to COMPLETELY recover but it gives me pops a window that says " The section IDA_Create_User_Drive_U does not contain a valid dialog template"

Please help, I'd try to use the CD to restore but have long lost it. please please help

1. Disable Auto Restart. Use the <F8> function key during system startup to access the Windows Advanced Options Menu. Tap the key once or twice per second as you startup the computer (or immediately after POST completes and screen flashes BLACK prior to displaying Windows XP logo with its processing bar DISPLAY).

From the Windows Advanced Options menu, use the up/down arrow keys to select the "Disable automatic restart on system failure" and hit .

Hopefully it will stop on a Blue Screen.

2. Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Report the "exact" STOP code string with its four PARAMETERS as well as any short error string and/or SOFTWARE module it might name.
