Answer» I have had hotmail.com e-mail for a long time. Yesterday I signed up for windows LIVE and got a new Id (live.com). Now I can't access my old hotmail.com Id. I have new laptop with windows vista. can anyone help?How are you trying to access it? MSN? Web Email? What happens if you try the old ACCOUNT?thanks so much for your reply. to ANSWER you with the exact message of no access I went back to sign into my hotmail.com account. this time it told me that I had tried to many times to access the account unsuccessfully but it let me change my password using my husband's account and now I can access my own hotmail account again.
