Solve : Windows Mail?

Answer»

I have Windows Vista Home Premium. Always have had trouble with the mail program (I've only been a computer user since December 07). When I started, I was on MSN dial-up service because I was also on web-tv. I've since cancelled web-tv and now am on high speed internet, cable modem, Grande Com. I've tried deleting everything having to do with dial-up, but i still GET a pop-up telling me to connect to my dial-up ACCOUNT when I try to use Windows Mail. I don't have one in the accounts SECTION. What the heck am I missing this time? It always defaults to Windows Mail when I try to forword a pic or something similar.

So, the only account you now have in Windows Mail is your NEW Grande Com email account?

I don't understand this part of your message. Is Windows Mail your default email program? If not, then what is?Grande is set up as my default under accounts in the windows e-mail program. It's the only account listed under accounts. When I try to forword something off a web page, it still goes through windows mail and then I get the pop-up saying to connect. I'm ALREADY connected.
