Solve : Windows ME opening in Safe Mode?

I have WINDOWS ME and RECENTLY and suddenly my computer would not open in NORMAL Mode but always opens in Safe Mode. I followed the directions in safe mode to reboot SELECTIVELY several TIMES to determine why it keeps opening in Safe Mode. Anyone have any suggestions?Welcome aboard
