1.	Solve : Windows ME video problem?
Answer» I have a DELL P4 with windows ME installed ,after a crash and start in safe MODE my video only starts in 16 colors with lowest res. It wont let me change it and EVERYTHING else seems ok. I tried another video card. Same problem .IM not sure where to begin my troubleshootiing. Do you have any suggestions? Thank-you.Install the proper drivers. In safe mode, you cannot go above a certain amount of colours.
