Solve : Windows Media Player 10 issues? |
|
Answer» I've never had a problem with windows media player before, but recently I haven't been able to view videos on websites. This happeneded even before I upgraded to media player 10, although it had been previously fine. When I try to watch a video on a website, either one of TWO things happens; 1) It says "buffering" and "connecting," but never actually does anything, even if I click "play"; 2) all I see, INSTEAD of a video, is a blank white box with the controls (play, pause, STOP, etc.), only I can't click on any of them. This happens no matter what website it is. Also, any files I have saved on my computer play fine, so I'm quite BAFFLED... If anyone knows what I can do about it, I'd appreciate the help!Open windows media and go to Tools and Options. Look under Preformance and Network and make sure the right things are selected |
