Answer» I've got media player 12 and I have a particular album on the library and it always seems to forget the album data. The track names are all there but it comes unknown for album and ARTIST. I then right CLICK and go to find album info and it manages to find it and displays the album art and album name. But then later when I turn wmp off or after a RESTART when I return to it the data is lost.
