can you HELP me? I upgraded to windows 10 but did not like it went back to windows 7 the media player WONT find my music files even though they are still on the PC media monkey works fine but I like windows media player ,so I want to UNINSTALL it and try again but it is not showing up in add and remove programmes so how can I uninstall it .I have unchecked the media FEATURES in the advanced settings but still no luck.Thanks in advance JabbaIt's a Win System component and not designed to be removed...just like IE
However...try this.See if it is disabled and enable it. Control Panel, Program and Feature, left pane "Turn Windows featues on and off".
