So I am going to start using it but need some HELP?
I have looked all over the net and even in the Windows Messenger HELP Files and can't find how to use it.

But I'm not entirely sure nymph4, do you want to start using Messenger or just disable it?
If you want to start using Messenger I believe you will need to install Windows Live Messenger. I don't believe Windows messenger is still supported by Microsoft.
Either way it is safe to disable Windows Messenger. Read this Microsoft article for instruction on how to do that.Ooops....
