Solve : Windows no disk box - exception message? |
|
Answer» this is plugged into the back usb ports, not the front. Would that make a difference when REMOVING it?No. As patio said, the safer method with external hd's is to use the "safely remove hw" applet in the system tray - but if it isn't powered on it won't make a difference.well, I unplugged the external HARD drive and plugged in the scanner and still I get that error message. What should I TRY next?Quote from: Allan on January 06, 2011, 07:38:41 AM Thanks everyone. We had changes our mouse and the old one was still in start up. Removed it and the message went away. |
