Where did you buy this computer from? that means, the OS you currently used is pirated, buy original OS.
If you just install that OS, the disc are illegal copy. You can try using hijack this, it works for me, but it still pirated, and you can't do such as WINDOWS update. There's another way to make it genuine but i think it illegal to teach you here, do research. What the heck does Hijack This have to do with any of this ? ?
