and thats it........no ms dos Do it in the following manner:
1. Start 2. Run 3. Type CMD
If CMD does not work, type command.Boot pc and hold down the f5 keystart pc from the command PROMPT A:\> now type the command scanreg/fix after it.....ok......i went to msdos and did a scanreg/fix
I got to 89 percent DONE and then got this

So.....now wut?THis command scanreg/restore a spash screen will appear.....chose the LAST GOOD cab file>>cab file started on xyz day>>>>>answer yes ......and kick the b/f.......
