I always used msbackup before. Now I had to format my computer and start over. EVERYTIME I am using the ms backup utility my screen GOES black and restarts??? It is not happening with any other program.
It happens at different times while I am using the utility. Sometimes during backup, sometimes while I am programming it in.
Please help.Operating system is _________? What happened to nencessitate reinstalling? What adware/virus/spyware protection is active and being used?Using windows 2000. LIKE always. Using Telus SECURITY like before. Use mozilla and google spam blockers and such. All same as before.
