Answer» Have any of the board got experience of implimenting/running Windows Software Update SERVICES. I am considering implimenting it on my network (40 computers running W2000 & W2000 Server) What is your opinion of it ?Uh-uh! Any software update that is to be deployed on the network should be downloaded to a TEST MACHINE and thoroughly tested under all CONDITIONS before deployment. Otherwise, you could wind up with about 40 headaches. I am just reading the 95 page white paper on SUS now. Staged deployment allows me to download the updates and DEPLOY to a test machine first
