I have windows xp and keeping getting the YELLOW shield TELLING me I have a update. When I try installing them it keeps COMING up that it couldn't be downloaded. This could be an answer to the other problem I'm having with a window installer box that COMES up, acts like it downloading something then SAYS in a status box, the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available. There is also in the same box the message Insert the status disk and click ok. Also a drop down bar that says in front of it USE SOURCE w/ a 1 as the only option.

If you click this, it keeps coming back the finally goes to another status box thats says, An installation package for the product status cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy or the installationpackage 'status msi'

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!Windows Installer Fix...
