Answer» Hi, I have a HP A800N, running win XP, with service pack 3 with Norton security suite. TRIED to install the latest update and I got the error message 0x8007F0DA. Went to Microsofts error code page and did the requested changes. This didn't work, but got a different error code of 8007002. Tried that change and that didn't work. Tried to CONTACT Microsoft support but I GET a message saying that I have connection problems and I am not connect to the internet. Went to Norton online for HELP and I pretty much get the same message. Funny thing is I am online now. Not sure what to do. CherylThe Windows diagnostics for XP tells me it cannot connect to the internet on HTTP - port 80, HTTPS - port 443 or FTP - port 21; adjust my FIREWALL settings to this. I cannot find this on Norton. I've found the firewall settings but don't see anything regarding the ports or the HTTP settings.
