Solve : Windows Vista-Uninstalling a program deleted Recycle Bin icon? |

Answer» After I used the Revo Uninstaller utility to remove a program from a Vista laptop, the ICON for the Recycle Bin was removed from the desktop. When I manually deleted a few files AFTERWARDS I also noticed they TOOK about a minute to actually DELETE.
