My DESKTOP computer just crashed. When I turn it on it just stays at the huge DELL boot screen. Windows won't start or anything. No key strokes do anything, not F2, F12, or anything else I've tried.

Windows Vista Home Basic
Dell manufactured (as mentioned)
1 GB RAM, CPU ?

I haven't tried any new websites or software in a long time, but my wife is always playing Flash media mini games (Yatzee, Diner Dash, Monopoly, etc from various sites) and don't know if it could be related. I run Norton scans regularly I have no idea what the PROBLEM could be. It was working fine, GOT shut down normally and won't restart.
Does it beep at all or give any sort of hexadecimal (A-F, 0-9) error/diagnostic code?

I just GET one beep from it as normal when I turn the power on.
